Most people pick a lane. Bird didn't. She spent years in the wings of Fantasmic! calling pyro cues for 8,000 people, managing multilingual crews at Cirque du Soleil, and leading productions across regional theater and international festival stages. Then she moved into marketing and discovered that running a B2B e-commerce brand requires exactly the same brain: cross-functional alignment, zero tolerance for ambiguity, genuine accountability for outcomes.
